With over 20 years of experience in the dental field, Jessica brings a wealth of knowledge, organization, and compassion to her role as Dental Insurance Coordinator. Each day, she enjoys the fast-paced rhythm of dental administration from verifying insurance benefits, helping patients understand their coverage and treatment options. No two days are ever the same, and that’s exactly what she loves about her work.

Working alongside Dr. Guffee and Dr. Weed is one of the highlights of her career. Their teamwork, professionalism, and shared commitment to patient care make every day both rewarding and inspiring. Together, they strive to ensure that every patient feels valued, informed, and cared for from the moment they walk through the door. Being part of a Christian-based office adds even deeper meaning to Jessica’s work. She appreciates the opportunity to serve others in an atmosphere grounded in faith, kindness, and integrity values that shine through in every patient interaction. Building genuine relationships with patients is one of her favorite aspects of the job. She takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable and confident, knowing that their dental and financial needs are being handled with honesty and care.

Outside of the office, Jessica enjoys reading, attending ball games, and spending quality time with her family. A lifelong dream on her bucket list is to experience New York City at Christmas time, a trip she’s looking forward to sharing with her loved ones someday.
