Laura Smith
Laura is one of our dental hygienists and has over 20 years of experience in the field. She was born and raised in Texas but has lived in South Carolina for over 20 years. A career in dental hygiene was appealing to her when it came to one-on-one care, flexibility, and family life balance. Laura is a wife and mother to 3 children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, travelling, reading, and home projects.
When asked to talk about the relationships she builds with patients, she responded “Patients equals patience. Like any relationship, it takes time. We work closely with our patients and want them to feel comfortable while they’re in our chairs. Trustworthiness is of utmost importance.”
One of Laura’s bucket list items is to take her whole family to a far away destination.
